Perl 5 + -p0513, 256 bytes, score: 7057152

I think I've adhered to all the instructions, but if I'm honest, I struggled to follow it all the way through. I've used 256 bytes to generate the output, all symbols, no letters, and the output is WXYZ repeated 94 times with the first W omitted. I wasn't clear on whether or not the score in [...] was included in the maximum output, so I've reduced the output accordingly to ensure it is exactly 384 bytes including the score.
